Adds simpleNN as a submodule

@cattanem @mschille @bkhanji @vchobano These changes will add simpleNN as a submodule to Phys/FlavourTagging. This way, we do not need to include the source files explicitly. Is there something else that needs to be adjusted? I guess this submodule need to be checked out in the lightlies so that everything can compile.
