Add a Generic Track SOA Container

Support GenericTracks SOA container for particle selections. The protoparticle to Partivle_v2 converter still only fills the FirstMeasurement or ClosestToBeam states, so other states remain unfilled for tracks. Depends on LHCb!2920 (merged) and Rec!2356 (merged). @mramospe @apearce @mvesteri
