Remove converted photon maker

Alejandro Alfonso Albero requested to merge remove_converted_PhotonMaker into master

Run III no longer has SPD, so the PhotonMaker does not need to deal with converted photons in the SPD anymore (that part would be empty!). Any other gamma->e+e- conversion can still be reconstructed as usual

These are just the minimal changes to remove this part from the tool, and configurables related to it.

Goes together with Bender!196 (merged) and Stripping!1366 (merged)
