Use new Common Photons

Alejandro Alfonso Albero requested to merge remove_converted_PhotonMaker into master

Use StdLoosePhotons instead of StdAllLoosePhotons, which will no longer exist.

These changes are needed in order to coexist with the changes introduced to the PhotonMaker algorithm, discussed in Phys!619 (merged)

It fixes some tests failing which use Bs2PhiGamma and Chib

More info on the tests is found in the comparison builds
