Vectorise the PrKalmanFilter over InputTracks

This issue intends to collect problems that need to be solved to process multiple tracks in parallel inside the PrKalmanFilter. E.g. moving matrices and vectors from SymMatrix<double,5> to SymMatrix<simd::float_v,5> or something from LHCb::LinAlg

  • PrFitNodes use double precision, see discussion here for moving to single precision
