WIP: remove const-casts in usage of IGhostProbability

bare copy&modify from S.Ponce's gaudi intro slides using ranges::v3::any cache object.

  • port also UpgradeGhostID
  • check if it compiles
  • add missing headers
  • check if results are unchanged
