Added LinearStateZTraj.h to Tr/TrackKernel

Wouter Hulsbergen requested to merge wh_addLinearStateZTraj into 2018-patches

New Trajectory class LinearStateZTraj for use in GenericVertexFinder (which is to be committed to Phys later).
