Fixed bug in PrHybridSeeding

Sebastien Ponce requested to merge sponce_FixedHybridSeedingMemCorruption into master

Stupid mistake leading to memory corruption and detected jointly by valgrind and the memory sanitizers in the nightlies. I'm unsure on the consequences of it. @rquaglia, could you check the code and assess what the consequences were ?
