Bypassing measurement providers for fitting

Transfers hit positions, fiber directions and measurement errors straight from pattern recognition algorithms to the parametrized fitter via additional members in the track. Bypassing measurement providers greatly increases performance for the best physics case, additional data members in track reduce performance in all cases, to varying degrees. That is to be fixed by cleaning up/removing the track object in HLT1.
