Fix illegal access in PrChecker2

Rosen Matev requested to merge fix-prchecker2-2016 into hlt2016-patches

This is already fixed in !62 (merged), which contains other changes. Here only the problem is fixed and the behaviour of PrChecker is otherwise unchanged.
