New TMVA files of Run-3 GammaPi0 separation tool

This is a fix of !1473 (merged).

The updated gamma/pi0 separation tool (FutureGammaPi0SeparationTool) included too heavy TMVA files (due to the decorrelation of input variables), leading to a very long building time of the CaloFutureTools package. The problematic files have been replaced by removing the decorrelation step in the variable transformation of the MLP tool (from the TMVA package). The impact on physics performance is small.
