Fix propagation of uncertainties in MuonMatch

Miguel Ramos Pernas requested to merge muonmatch-corrections into master

Propagation of the uncertainties in muon hits is corrected. MuonMatchPerformance algorithm now takes a plain keyed container of v1::Track objects.
