Follow changes in LHCb!2045

should only be applied in conjunction with LHCb!2045 (merged)

  • follow renaming of interfaces
  • follow constification of interface methods
  • disentangle CaloFutureHypoEstimator and FutureNeutralIDTool usage
    • note: CaloFutureHypoEstimator is still not thread-safe, but at least FutureNeutralIDTool is...
  • remove unused method in CaloFutureElectron
  • remove unused CaloFutureGetterInit algorithm
  • remove (use of) CaloFutureGetterTool
