fix muon matching

Olli Lupton requested to merge olupton_muon_mc_matching into master

Along with LHCb!2153 (merged) this tries to make the MC matching work for muon hits. Mainly the changes here are just following changes in that MR.

In addition:

  • Add an instantiation of PrLHCbID2MCParticle that includes muon hits as well as VP, UT and FT ones
  • Add a counter to PrLHCbID2MCParticle to monitor the number of null/broken links that are found. This seems to happen rarely with the muon truth matching
  • Add a custom muonHitsInAllStations cut to PrChecker to enable reporting tracking efficiencies for MCParticles that left hits in M2-5
