Removed old PrPixelTracking algo and adapted tests

To be merged only after !1714 (merged) has been merged as it sits on top of it

This is part of a set of MRs, including Brunel!915 (merged), Moore!329 (merged) and Alignment!106 (merged)

As stated in the title, this adapts all tests, thus expect output to change in many of them.

Also removes VeloClusterTracking which was superseded by VeloClusterTrackingSIMD.
