Run2GhostID: use AnyDataHandle to access LiteClusters

Since FastClusterContainer no longer inherits from DataObject, one has to use AnyDataHandle to retrieve it from the TES. Run2GhostID was not yet migrated, and thus could no longer find Velo, IT and TT clusters, resulting in vastly different results from TrackBestTrackCreator...
