Add nullptr protection to PVConverter

Add nullptr protection to PVConverter in Pr/PrConverters/src/fromVectorLHCbRecVertexv2.cpp since TrackBeamLineVertexFinderSOA adds nullptr to the list of tracks. The entire algorithm is to be superseded with !1831 (closed).
