Add optional mirror data container to photon reconstruction output

Adds additional (optional) output data container to RICH photon reconstruction, containing additional mirror information, not needed by the default processing sequence, but needed when used as part of the RICH mirror alignment.

No changes to any reference logs are expected.

Requires changes in LHCb!2558 (merged)
