Utils for new track fit configuration

  • Introduce TrackContainerSplitter performing selection on track containers. To be used to select tracks before the clone killing and track fit

  • Introduce TrackCloneKiller (largely copied from TrackBestTrackCreator) to kill the clones wrt to reference container prior to the fit

  • Introduce TrackContainersMerger to merge containers of LHCb::Tracks into new one

  • Fix FitTracks=false option in the TrackBestTrackCreator

  • Track input for Calo algorithms and MuonAlgLite is changed from LHCb::Tracks to LHCb::Track::Range
