Remove L0 from PrimaryVertexChecker
Remove L0 from PrimaryVertexChecker. I anyway don't think the variables were ever filled.
There seems to be no author of this file nor a package manager. Maybe the whole package is a Brunel-only thing. Redirecting to @cattanem .
