Use transport-matrix similarity transform

This changes the call to use the more specialised Similarity transform introduced in LHCb!2763 (merged), i.e. do not merge before LHCb!2763 (merged).

Reference Updates: Moore!624 (merged) Brunel!1076 (merged) which also go together with !2210 (merged) Moore!622 (merged) !2215 (merged)
