Ecal clustering sanity checks

Add sanity checks following the validation of new Sim10-Up08 simulation:

  • remove clusters with negative energy at the end of CellularAutomaton and ShowerOverlap, adding respective counters
  • align the check for negative energy clusters in the Spread tool to the above
  • add counters to Spread tool, change StatEntity counters to `Gaudi::Accumulator``
  • add debug info in PhotonMatch
  • fix typo in energy counter in ShowerOverlap

Due to the addition and changes of the counters, differences are expected in the references.
