Add warning to IdealStateCreator about non-ideal states

This is only adding a warning to the documentation of the IdealStateCreator so hopefully I will be the last one making the mistake of assuming the returned states are "ideal"...

Given that there aren't any code changes, I don't think we need to ci-test this, but @ascarabo you're the boss, so leaving it to you 😉
