Clean and modernize VPTrackMonitor

  • A follow up from discussion in #199 (closed)

  • MC information is removed as we want to use this with data and we want to have an algorithm that creates an ntuple (easier for analysis and studies)

  • Change of names of variables and reorganization following modernization in !2431 (merged)
