Fixed configuration of TrackEventFitter

Sebastien Ponce requested to merge fixTrackEventFitterConfig into future

The move to functionnal slightly changed the behavior of the TracksOutContainer : when not specified, it used to be set to the same value as TracksInContainer. This is not possible anymore and it needs to be explicitely given.
