remove redundant `std::array` on Gaudi::Functional ctor calls

necessary (but not quite sufficient) changes to allow gaudi/Gaudi!1249 (merged) -- but these changes are compatible with the released version of Gaudi, can be merged 'as is', regardless of gaudi/Gaudi!1249 (merged).
