Use new histograms in TrackMonitor and TrackVertexMonitor

Note: When an option file is executed, e.g. Alignment/Alignment/Escher/options/AlignVPHalves.py, the histos are written into a default file: testHistos.root in the same folder where the option file has been executed. The new histos were compared with the old ones, the distributions, etc. are the same.
