Add v1::Particle compatibility layer to MASSWITHHYPOTHESES Functor

See #220 (closed). This adds a compatibility layer for LHCb::Particles in the MASSWITHHYPOTHESES functor, but it should be noted that this functor will break when fed in v2::Particles.
