New methods for PrFitNode + PrKalmanFilter as library and module

Turn PrKalmanFilter into a library and module so that KF.h can be included in Alignment (thanks @chasse) and introduce new methods to PrFitNode for common interface with LHCb::FitNode in Alignment.
