Change 2D histograms to profile in Trackmonitor

When rewriting TrackMonitor to the new histogram framework profile histograms were changed to 2D. This merge request changes this back. The reason is that for the SciFi alignment monitoring these plots are used and profile histograms give better information without having to profile after the monitoring is created. @shollitt @sborghi @wouter
