Allow FTTrackSelector to exclude channels on all SiPMs or all mats for coldbox/edge effects

During commissioning we will be trying to determine the size of the coldbox effect on mats or other biases. We may want to exclude tracks with hits in the outer channels from some studies.

Adds new parameters for

  • channels excluded from mat edge
  • channels excluded from SiPM edge
  • channels excluded from SiPM center
