Adds the machinery to load and apply conditions for the SciFi cold box contraction
The cold boxes in the SciFi are expected to contract when cooled. This contraction will result in a deformation in the x-direction of the mats. Due to alignment pins in the centre of the mats, the outer channels of the mats will experience more deformation than those in the middle. Due to temperature differences, not all mats will experience the same deformation, nor is the deformation necessarily the same across a single mat.
