Changes in Charge and IsMuon for FlavourTagging relations

Changes in Combination.h and TrackLike.h for FlavourTagging relations. The datatype of Charge and IsMuon was not supported by the functor F.MAP_INPUT_ARRAY, which is needed for FlavourTagging relations. @cprouve @bkhanji @mfuehrin @vjevtic
