Use new histos in Calo monitoring

Carla Marin Benito requested to merge cmb_newHistosCaloClusters into master

Use thread safe histograms in CaloFutureDigitMonitor and CaloFutureClusterMonitor where no special binning is needed. Histograms using CaloFuture2Dview are not yet migrated since they need new features.
