Add tuple mode to FTTrackMonitor

Add a tuple mode to FTTrackMonitor for offline studies of SciFi tracks

Development ideas:

  • Histograms are created in both modes. Decide if they should still be filled in tuple case.
  • If histograms still used in tuple case, consider using a flag to set tuples on/off instead of changing the template (allows directory for monitor histograms to have a fixed name)
