Update SciFi monitoring

Updates the SciFi monitoring.

Changelog:

  • Added weighted fills of some histograms
  • Added correlation plots
  • Added mean TAE shift histograms/profiles
  • Added new tags in options
  • Now uses JSONSink in tests
  • (N)ZS cluster monitoring was refactored to use the same code to fill cluster histograms.
