New parameterisations for HLT2 Long Tracks Pattern recognition

This merge request updates all (magnetic field) parameterisations and neural networks used by the Long tracking algorithms and documents where they are coming from.

https://gitlab.cern.ch/gunther/prforwardtracking-parametrisation-tuner/-/tree/master is used to produce parameterisations
