Tweaks for Track Monitoring

Michel De Cian requested to merge decianm-MeVForTrackMonitor into master
  • Consistently use MeV as unit for momentum in TrackMonitor.
  • Give full layer name in PrSciFiHitsMonitor in histogram title.
