RichSIMDPhotonCherenkovAngles - Add for RICH2 R and H type panel resolution plots

Also adds per-PD-column resolution plots.

As this adds new histograms will require a number of ref. updates.

Whilst this MR does not require LHCb!3881 (merged) it should be tested and merged with it as both change the ref. logs for histograms, so makes sense to do them at the same time.
