Updates to FTTrackMonitor (new plots, bugfixes)

Sophie Hollitt requested to merge shollitt_updateFTTrackMonitor into master
  • Add additional tracking variables to tuple mode, remove redundant histograms
  • Bugfix: identical value of x extrapolated from track no longer added to histogram multiple times for all nodes on track
  • Add RMS residual for modules in verbose mode
  • Add residual per SiPM plot as requested in #418 (closed)
