Update definitions of Calo Functors only compatible with v2 event model

Some Calo functors are only defined in v2 event model, if someone tries to get its output it causes a crash of the application. In this MR it has been added explicitly that these functors only can be applied to TrackLike objects in v2 event model. This MR is only to update documentation.
