Add ECAL energy vs Hits monitoring histograms

For the upcoming heavy ion run, will be important to monitor the energy (that is related to the collision centrality) where detectors start to saturate. To this purpose, this MR adds correlation histograms between ECAL energy and Velo/SciFi/Rich event number of hits

Testing on simulated pp (which I had easier), gives

(the maximum of the axes are set from similar plots obtained with 2022 data)
