FT Beam Time Analysis

Analysis algorithm for the SciFi fine time alignment (beam timing scan). Usual TAE run can also be processed with this algorithm. This algorithm is intended to be used for offline analysis.

The main functionality is to count clusters (ZS data taking) per data link (or channel) per scan step per bunch crossing. The resulting histograms can then be feed into offline fine time alignment analysis.

The support for some other histograms (to provide additional information) e.g. events per bunch crossing ID is also implemented.
