added clusters per event per sipm histograms

Blake Leverington requested to merge bleverin_for_hjage into hjage_monitoring_dev

this adds a histogram2d and a profile histogram for clusters per event per sipm. This shows the occupancy of the sipm wrt to the bandwidth cluster limits in FV/FF data formats (16/10)
