Draft: Redefine ranges for monitoring plots for IFT

I suggest to collect here the range changes for the monitoring plots for the ion runs. and NOT MERGE this.

The ranges for pp physics were

• VELO: 3000
• SciFi: 10000
• Muon: 1000
• RICH1: 10000
• RICH2: 8000
• ECAL clusters: 700
• ECAL energy: 4500000
