Further cleanup of old cloning infrastructure

even more complete follow up to !3619 (merged): remove the MicroDSTConf, MicroDSTInterfaces and MicroDSTTools packages, and move the little bit of code actually still used into MicroDSTAlgorithms. Also, make CopySignalMCParticles 'functional', so it explicitly participates in the dataflow.

requires Moore!2707 (merged), as the configuration of CopySignalMCParticles has to be adapted accordingly.
