Drop the annoying 'Future' prefix from a number of places in the calo code

Gerhard Raven requested to merge remove_obsolete_calo_code into master

The 'Future' prefix makes no sense, and serves no purpose anymore -- so remove it from a number of places in a way that is self-contained.
