Draft: New MC hierarchy functors (PID & key for mother, grandmother and grand grandmother)

This MR implements a set of new MC functors for filling MC PID & key information of mother, grandmother and grand grandmother particles. These functors were requested in lhcb-dpa/project#221.

Goes with DaVinci!1041 (closed).
