Add HasBremAdded functor and change name of Brem functor
Existing HASBREM functor just accounts whether there is Brem Energy associated to the particle but not if the Brem Energy was actually added. HASBREMADDED describes this information given the BremAdded decided to add the energy or not.
Corrected a typo to BREMTRACKBASEDENERGY (originally BREMTRACKBREMENERGY). Also added some information to docs.
