Move copy algorithms from DaVinciFilters to LHCbAlgs

Sevda Esen requested to merge sevda-copy-for-all into 2024-patches

Removing CopyParticles and CopyFlavourTagsWithParticlePointers.cpp as they have no reason to be here. A new algorithm is created in LHCbALgs.
